Conceptualized by Partner Conny Andersson the Cuisine of Spice Mill is a reflection of the atmosphere and feel of the Space. Colour, Texture, Flavour is everything Spice Mill. The cuisine reaches across the spectrum of Caribbean ethnicity, marrying flavours from across the globe brought to the region by African, French, English, Portuguese, Indian, Chinese, Spanish and even Jewish influences from as far back as 17th century.
