As the owner of several successful businesses, Roger Brisbane is a motivated, energetic and goal-oriented entrepreneur with a focus on marketing and advertising. He was formally educated in hotel and restaurant management and is an ex-Four Seasons Food and Beverage Manager on Maui and Nevis.
Conny Andersson, currently the Executive Chef at Sandy Lane hotel in Barbados is inspired by his travels around the world. Andersson brings a global outlook to his cuisine having spent 20 years with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. He seeks to redefine food, tempting and tantalizing the most experienced of palates. “The opportunity to explore the rich and varied cultures around the world is invaluable,” says Andersson.
